Credit Card Payment FAQ

Credit card payment has been our regular payment option for a while, there are some frequent errors may happen when you pay. Here we list them out with detailed info:

1. Which credit cards do you accept?

Right now we accept VISA, Master Card and AMEX.

2. I have paid, but the order is still pending.

There are few orders get this problem, sometimes the bank need more time to handle this transaction. You can contact us to check the payment status.

3. I paid more than my order total amount.

For most banks, you just need to pay the order amount listed in our website. There are some other banks will charge some transaction fee, always no more than 3% of the total amount. If you paid more, please contact your bank to learn more.

4. Payment refund

If need to make a refund, there is a transaction fee will not be refunded: 6% of the total amount + £1GBP. For example, the order is £100GBP, you will get: 100-(100*6%+1)=£93GBP.

5. Payment failed errors

  • Bank Trade failed. Error Code:2033 – There is a problem with your email address or billing info (name, phone number & address). If your billing info is correct, you may change a new email address to place order. That is to say, use a new email address to register a new account at healthcabin.net and place a new order with this card. Problem can be solved for most cases.
  • Bank Trade failed. Not sufficient funds – The funds in your card is not enough to pay this order, you may increase your funds at first.
  • Bank Trade failed. Do not honor – The transaction is refused by your credit card bank, please contact your bank to solve the problem.
  • Bank Trade failed. Transaction not permitted to cardholder – Your bank has suspended your card for any transaction, please contact your bank to solve the problem.
  • Bank Trade failed. Expired card – Your card expired, please contact your bank to have a new card.
  • Bank Trade failed. Decline for CVV2 failure – The CVV number you input is wrong.
  • Bank Trade failed. System exception – Something wrong with the bank system, please contact your bank to solve the problem.
  • Bank Trade failed. No such Issuer -please contact your bank to solve the problem.
  • Bank Trade failed. Invalid transaction – The transaction was identified as invalid, please contact your bank to solve the problem.
  • Bank Trade failed. Error Code:3003 – Something wrong with your card, please contact your bank to solve the problem.
  • Bank Trade failed. Invalid card number – The card number you input is wrong, please double check the card number.
  • Bank Trade failed. Transaction amount exceeds the limit – The maximum amount per transaction we accept is £1000GBP. If your order total amount is over £1000GBP, please split it to 2 or more orders or choose other payment options.
  • Bank Trade failed. Error Code:2011 – You may have exceeded the up limit of transactions allowed per day by your bank, please contact your bank to solve the problem.
  • Bank Trade failed. Incorrect Card, please check its format. – the card number format is wrong, please check again.
  • Bank Trade failed. Restricted card – Your card was restricted by your bank, please contact your bank to solve the problem.
